D40-4949; 1943 Dress
9-piece pattern originally by Simplicity, 'The slim dress, seamed down the center back and front, is softly gathered at the side insets. In Style 1, the low V-neckline and three-quarter sleeve are trimmed with self-ruffling. Style 2 is fashioned with short sleeves and a tie-collar which forms a soft bow'.
3/4" seams are given at shoulder and underarm (all side) seams and 1/2" seams are given on all other edges.

Size set A fits 16-18 (34" to 36" bust, 28" to 30" waist, 37" to 39" hip).
